2.  Vote to approve 9/11/26 General Association meeting minutes
3.  Vote to adopt updated bylaws (30-day notice provided):
      - Article V, Section 2: Historian removed per the new CAPTA bylaws template.
      - Article VII, Section 4: Number of exec members needed to request a special association meeting reduced from 5 to 3.
      - Article VII, Section 5b: Association meeting quorum reduced from 18 to 17 due to reduced officer count.
      - Article VIII, Section 6b: Executive board meeting quorum reduced from 9 to 8 due to reduced officer count.
      - Last two pages: Debit/Credit Card Policy added.
